Unlock requirements
The system unlocks after Campaign 6-4. Complete the relevant Tactics Academy classes to unlock its material dispatch missions. A Nikke needs an available Favorite Item, Bond 30 (at least 2 Limit Breaks), an SR doll at level 15, and the unlock quest. The doll's stats stay after the Favorite Item unlocks.
Phase costs
Phase 1 is free after the quest. Phase 2 costs 50 materials (17 dispatch days). Phase 3 costs 110 more (37 days). Reaching Phase 3 from Phase 1 costs 160 total, or 54 days without materials on hand.
Materials and exchange
Favorite Item dispatch gives 3 materials per day for one chosen Nikke that has a Favorite Item. Before release, dispatch a Phase 3 Favorite Item Nikke to prepare materials; after release, dispatch the target Nikke directly. 5 materials from a Phase 3 Nikke become 1 target material. Random Solo Raid material boxes are excluded from this estimate.
Choosing a phase
Each phase upgrades a different skill, and the order varies by Nikke. Check a current character guide before going to the next phase. Favorite Item upgrades have no Super Success.
