How the values are calculated

How the Guide ranks packs, sets default values, and handles pack data.

How recommendations are made

The Guide can create two kinds of plan. The Efficiency Ladder starts with the packs that offer the most value for each dollar and may leave part of the budget unspent. The Max Value Plan chooses the combination of packs with the highest total value within the budget.

Your priority sliders control how strongly each selected resource affects the results. Sliders change what the Guide values for you, not pack prices.

Baseline values

These are estimates, not official prices. Raw Core Dust, Battle Data, and credits are priced through your hourly rates on the Outpost rates page.

Skin

$40.00 per skin

A skin is a collection purchase rather than a farmable resource. The model assigns a high $40 preference value so selecting Skins intentionally lifts Mission Pass, Event Pass, and Costume Gacha above packs whose value comes only from materials. This is an internal preference value, not an official price.

Gems

$1.00 per 300 gems (1 pull)

The baseline for every other value. One pull costs 300 gems, and the best recurring gem packs give you about one pull per dollar. They can also pay for wishlisted ordinary pulls, shop refreshes, and event entries.

Advanced Recruit Voucher

$0.95 per voucher

One Advanced Recruit Voucher is one pull on limited recruit banners which is equivalent to 300 gems. The default sits a little under the gem anchor because a voucher can only be used for one pull, while gems can go anywhere.

Ordinary Recruit Voucher

$0.50 per voucher

Ordinary vouchers cannot be used on limited or rate-up banners, so they are worth half a pull. Recruit Pack I sells 20 of them plus 1,200 gems for $14.99, which prices a voucher near $0.55 after the gems.

Core Dust Case (1 hour)

$0.05 per case

A practical baseline is 20 one-hour cases per dollar. The best recurring dust pack, 30-Day Upgrade Supply when taken as all dust, beats this rate slightly.

Battle Data Case (1 hour)

$0.05 per case

Matched to the Core Dust baseline of 20 one-hour cases per dollar. The dedicated Battle Data Set charges about $0.17 per case after its gems.

Credit Case (1 hour)

$0.0166 per case

Credits are valued at about 60 one-hour cases per dollar, one third of a dust case. Credits farm passively from every mode, so the default keeps them cheap.

Custom Module

$1.33 per module

3-Week Event Pack III sells 8,000 gems, 10 advanced and 20 ordinary vouchers, and 40 Custom Modules for $99.99. After the gems and vouchers at their defaults, the remaining $53 prices a module at $1.33.

Gear EXP boost module

$0.12 per boost module

Derived from the cheapest recurring source. The monthly Masters Boost Pack sells 2,300 gems, 90 Battle Data cases, and 150 boost modules for $29.99; after the gems and cases at their defaults, the remaining $17.80 prices a module at $0.12. Gear EXP also farms freely from various sources, so treat this as a ceiling.

High-Quality Access Record

$0.45 per 50 records (1 pull)

Fifty records give one mold-style pull from the standard pool at a 61% SSR chance. The pull earns no mileage, ignores your wishlist, and often lands a duplicate, so the model prices it slightly under one Ordinary Recruit Voucher at $0.45 per pull.

Code manual

$0.30 per manual

Code manuals gate skill upgrades past level 7 and only one pack sells them. The monthly Technical Boost carries 8,000 gems, a large manual bundle, and 120 code manuals for $99.99; after everything else at defaults, the remaining $36 prices a code manual at $0.30.

Skill Manual I (blue)

$0.02 per manual

The 30-Day Upgrade Supply treats one daily box as 10 Core Dust cases worth about $0.50 or 28 Skill Manual I. That prices each blue Skill Manual at about $0.018; the model rounds it to $0.02.

Burst Manual I (blue)

$0.04 per manual

The 30-Day Upgrade Supply treats one daily box as 10 Core Dust cases worth about $0.50 or 14 Burst Manual I. That prices each blue Burst Manual at about $0.036; the model rounds it to $0.04.

Skill Manual II (purple)

$0.03 per manual

The 30-Day Upgrade Supply treats one daily box as 10 Core Dust cases worth about $0.50 or 20 Skill Manual II. That prices each purple Skill Manual at $0.025; the model rounds it to $0.03.

Burst Manual II (purple)

$0.06 per manual

The 30-Day Upgrade Supply treats one daily box as 10 Core Dust cases worth about $0.50 or 10 Burst Manual II. That prices each purple Burst Manual at $0.05; the model rounds it to $0.06 to preserve the same two-to-one relationship as the pack options.

Skill Manual III (yellow)

$0.065 per manual

The 30-Day Upgrade Supply treats one daily box as 10 Core Dust cases worth about $0.50 or 8 Skill Manual III. That prices each yellow Skill Manual at about $0.063; the model uses $0.065 so the recommended box pick does not change because of rounding.

Burst Manual III (yellow)

$0.13 per manual

The 30-Day Upgrade Supply treats one daily box as 10 Core Dust cases worth about $0.50 or 4 Burst Manual III. That prices each yellow Burst Manual at $0.125; the model uses $0.13 so it stays exactly twice the Skill Manual value.

Skill Manual Selection Box

$0.06 per box

A selection box which lets you choose the skill manual of your choice, so it is worth its best pick: Skill Manual III at about $0.06.

Burst Manual Selection Box

$0.12 per box

Worth its best pick: Burst Manual III at about $0.12.

Manufacturer Arms

$0.005 per arm

Two hundred Manufacturer Arms open one random T9 manufacturer gear piece. The T9 selector baseline is $2.00; the model halves that for the random manufacturer, class, and slot, pricing 200 arms at $1.00.

T9 manufacturer gear selector

$2.00 per selector

New Commander Pack III costs $14.99 and includes 20 ordinary vouchers worth $10, plus one selector. This puts the selector’s value at about $5. T9 gear also comes from Interception over time, so the default uses $2.00.

Pack data

The dataset has 89 packs. It was last updated in July 2026 and may not match the current shop.

I do not buy packs myself and have personally checked only some US prices. The rest of the data comes from friends and community sites. Please, please DM me on discord (flaxbeast3721) if a price is wrong or a pack is missing. It really helps out a lot so I can keep the site accurate and up-to-date.

Costumes, doll maintenance kits, consoles, and other random extras are never scored. I didn't think they would be worth scoring, so rows name them instead. This guide compares real-money packs only, so in-game gem purchases (paid Outpost wipeouts, Dispatch rerolls, shop refreshes, event stage entries) are not here. The Core Dust Planner covers what to do with the gems.
